Here in Lysekil, we have a centuries-old tradition of bathing cold, in the ocean, every day, all year round - already in the middle of the 19th century, people began to realize the healing effect on the body.
Dr. Carl Curman prescribed both hot and cold baths to the resort's guests. And today there are plenty of bridges, stairs and ladders to easily get in and out of the sea.

In our hotel package, you get a warming drink, swedish fika take away in a basket as a good and well-deserved reward after the bath.
A perfectly good fish soup* and Swedish literature is also included.
